I love PNC as a bank, but this specific location is TERRIBLE! Every single time I have to go in here, it takes at least 10 minutes to be waited on, even though there are 2-4 bank tellers behind the counter (standing around, doing absolutely nothing). It's like they let you stand there, looking like an idiot, for their personal entertainment or something. I have actually been driving the entire way down to Lancaster's branch lately because I can't stand going in here. Costumer service at its worst! I'll be looking into a new bank soon enough.
PNC customer since 2008 -- moved to Mount Joy and have found this branch's employees to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable (even more than the PNC national helpline!). Specifically, I had this branch assist me with bank documentation needed for another financial institution I was working with. PNC was quick and helpful in providing us with the paperwork we needed.
I have found the employees at this bank to be very personable and helpful unlike the previous reviewer. It seems many people have difficulty waiting in this fast paced world. I have waited much longer in other PNC branches and other banks.
