my experience was great. The employee Braydan really liked my handmade dog coat that's been around for 27 years. An our experience there is always great. Our dog just loves to go and see all the employees. Will be back again.
I absolutely love all of the staff and everything they have to offer! The customer service and knowledge deserves a 5 star rating ! The grooming is so professional. My dog Oliver ( their grooming client ) passed away in June, they gave me the nicest card from the staff, that described his personality and what they will miss about him. If you are Looking for detailed customer service and people who are passionate about their work I suggest giving Keystone your bussiness and animal care. Your pets are family, they deserve it!

Fantastic local pet store, full of people who know animals and are passionate about helping you care for your pets. They listened carefully to my feeding concerns for my two puppies, and helped dispell some myths about dog food, then helped me pick a food that was both economical and really good for my pup's weird digestion. Prices are comparable to online big box retailers and places like A**zon. Great grooming facilities too,, and an onsite do-it-yourself pet wash facility.
